[RSS] Thunder Bay police board administrator's 2-year term ends, report recommends that local control resume

ImageThe Ontario Civilian Police Commission has ended the term of Malcolm Mercer as administrator of the Thunder Bay Police Service Board. Mercer, appointed two years ago to oversee a board and police service that were in turmoil, said he believes the reconstituted board and new chief are on the right track and functioning properly.
