[RSS] New exhibit serves the history of menus, from the Titanic to Paris's plated zoo animals

ImageThe "A World of Menus" exhibit that opened last week in Rome at the Garum Library and Museum of Cuisine lays out some 400 historic menus. They offer a glimpse into defining moments of diplomatic aspirations, displays of wealth and power, creative acts of defiance and calm before catastrophe.
